Annie Hardy

Annie Hardy is a musician from the United States, known for her work in the indie rock genre. She is the founding member and lead vocalist of the band Giant Drag, which was formed in 2003. As the primary songwriter and guitarist, Hardy has been instrumental in shaping the band's sound and direction. Giant Drag's early work includes the debut EP Lemona, released in 2004, which marked the beginning of their career in the music industry.
Giant Drag's debut album, Hearts and Unicorns, was released in 2005 through Kickball Records, a subsidiary of Interscope. After a brief period with the label, the band opted for independent releases, with their second album, Waking Up Is Hard to Do, being released in 2013 through Full Psycho Records, their own label. Throughout her career, Hardy has demonstrated her ability to create and produce music on her own terms, maintaining creative control and independence as an artist.
