Otti Berger

Otti Berger was a Hungarian-born textile artist and weaver who made significant contributions to the field of art. Her association with the renowned Bauhaus school was a pivotal aspect of her career, where she initially enrolled as a student and later transitioned into a teaching role. At Bauhaus, Berger's expertise lay in textile art and weaving, mediums through which she expressed her creative vision.

Berger's life was tragically cut short during the Holocaust. In 1944, she was murdered at Auschwitz, a victim of the brutal persecution that occurred during this period.
